Can I perform a musical from a school textbook? It says it can be used for classroom performace?

it doesnt matter what it says you can use it for whaever you want. if you want to charge admission too go ahead.

If you’re talking about the copyright issues, then it should be OK to perform the musical as you’ve been given permission!
Generally - the copyright owner would only threat wih legal action if you’re actually gaining financially anyway (which you’re not).
