Can you buy the DVDs that come with textbooks without buying the textbook?

I bought a used textbook for a class, under the impression that I was not going to need the DVD that comes with new copies of the textbook. Now I come to find out that I do need the DVD and I was wondering if you can buy just the DVD and where?
