College Students: When will you buy your textbooks online at Amazon or another online site this fall?
katetotalk asked:
I am trying to find out when peak demand is for textbooks online. On what dates will you (and your peers) buy textbooks from Amazon or another online site this fall?

I start looking about a month before school starts, then buy when the syllabus goes up (about two weeks before the start of the semester). So I’ve already bought almost all of my books now. Arbitrary Person

Amazon is only one of many places to get your books. I use They are a textbook search engine that searches all the online textbook retailers (including amazon) and rental sites to find you the best prices. You can even use them at the end of the semester to search for resellers to sell your books to. J. Scott

DON’T BUY YOUR TEXTBOOKS! You can rent them!
Go to Chegg.com.
They will save you 65% to 85% off your college bookstore!
Use code CC101125 to save even more money. Keep in mind that the prices are lower before the semester starts.
Please share this with any friends that your know that are in college. It will help a lot! Lisa S
