    The biggest problem with your inventory will be the version number - if you can buy version 11 and the next semester the prof requires version 12, all of your inventory is worthless.

    To buy cheap, put signs up at college campuses - or check libraries, often times if people put textbooks in to donate you can have them for free (since they don’t sell well at used book sales). girlwhoknowsitstrue

    I really, really like. It searches many book selling / buying sites, so you can compare prices. Of course, I usually end up on Amazon anyway. But campusi.com is a pretty good starting point.

    I gotta take you back to when I was in college, before microcomputers had been invented, and calculators cost hundreds of dollars. A guy came to campus at the beginning of the second semester and offered to buy everybody’s books from the previous semester. The prices he was offering were slightly more than nothing, but people were lining up to get whatever they could. Nobody else was buying. I sold him mine. Little Queenie

    You can also use or as a source to purchase books below retail. OR you can also use to find books cheap.
