I have about 20 textbooks I need to sell, What sites/places would offer the most moeny?
Candice asked:
Over the past few semesters I’ve accumulated many books I dont need anymore. I’ve already posted an ad on craigslist and my school wont take some back (a later addition is out, or they already have enough used books) Which sites are the best or would give the most money for my books? Thanks in advance!

Put up ads around Uni - with tear off phone numbers atthe bottom. List the price taht the student would have to pay if they bought it new and then your price and make sure you highlight any that are still current textbooks - they’ll be snapped up in no time

Does your school have an online texttrader network? Some colleges/universities have text trader sites where you can sell them used to other students. If not then try (they will buy your book then resell it) or you can stick with the ever popular Amazon or half.com (ebay).

I use Amazon….
I also roam the aisles of the campus book store with a backpack full of books, and when i see a student reach for a book I have in my bag, I just whisper to them and let them know I can get it to them for 10 bucks cheaper, and it works! It’s hard as heck carrying a 40 lb backpack though!
