The only LEGAL way to photocopy textbooks, or even parts of them is by getting permission from the author through the publisher. It is highly unlikely you will get this permission, but if it is considered for the betterment of an underdeveloped country, you might get favoritism. Thailand, however, has something like a 98% literacy rate, so I can't see Thailand qualifying for this special circumstance. Also, if the International School is for profit, not likely going to happen either. Violators are subject to a number of international laws and can be jailed, pay hefty fines, or both.
