J N asked: I am an incoming freshman at a community college (specifically Columbus State Community College). When exactly is the best time to buy books? I know to check them at the bookstore, but I saw different editions. Should I just email my professors or what do you guys think?

I havent gotten any financial aid yet but i am expecting it, plus i want to buy my books cheaper and use the fin aid for tuition.
im taking 5 classes but im in higher math and chemistry and each requires like 5 books
