Josibelle C asked: I need to buy a textbook called Adolescence; 12th edition by John W. Santrock. The International edition seems to be significantly cheaper. What is the difference between that book and the U.S. ed if there is one. The International edition is in english but is there a huge difference?

cyclone girl asked: I am in high school, and I accidentally spilled tea on my English book. I looked it up on the internet, and it’s a $90 book. There is no damage to the covers of the book, but there is a few torn pages. You can still see the writing, though. Do you think my teacher will make me buy a new textbook? I really don’t have $90 to spend on a book.

~Dr@w2bLuE~ asked: Being the money-less student I am I’m having trouble finding a cheaper version of this VITAL textbook. Every where I search this book costs over 100 pounds @@” and I just can’t afford to spend that much on a SINGLE book. 2 of my friends managed to bag this for around 70 pounds but I can’t seem to find anything like that anymore. Anyone has any suggestions?
P.S. I MUST get this book soon as I’m definitely going to fail without it. There’s only a handful in the library which I think I won’t ever be able to get my hands on
Help!!!

Bob L asked: I just set up all of my books for sale on half.ebay.com and am waiting for them to be sold. How long should I wait before I change the price I am selling for? How do I know when it is sold? How often should I check it?
I literally just made this account and haven’t sold anything yet. Do you think someone would buy from an account that has a 0 next to it?

Claudia asked: The book is coming overseas. The title, picture and edition are the same as the requirements listed on my class syllabus.
Is it possible that publishers give different ISBN when the book is printed in another country?
thanks
