I need a good, reliable, and inexpensive place to buy my college textbooks. Do you have any suggestions?

I would personally advise you to use chegg.com! Chegg is a place where you RENT your textbooks not buy them! You basically enter the title or isbn number of the textbook and everything else is straight to the point. What’s good about them is the fact that you use the book for the semester and then you mail them back for FREE. You can send them back in the original box and they provide you with the shipping label. You just drop your book off in your nearest UPS drop box or store and you’re good to go.

-On an average I’ve saved $320.00 using them for TWO SEMESTERS! For my summer course my book cost $184.00 in the book store & I rented them from chegg for $32.00!

Hope I helped :) Miss Pretty

I personally like buying my books from amazon or half.com. If you’re looking for other sites that sell used books, check out this article:. It lays out a bunch of different sites with information such as shipping times and fees, return policies, and how the sites work.

Some people will say that renting books or getting e-books is a better deal, but I personally think that buying them used and selling them back online is the best deal. Most of the time, you pay the same amount of money to rent them as to buy them. So you might as well buy them and then you have the ability to sell them at the end of the semester. Rebecca

I’ll say Amazon, there are often good offers for used books. I got all of my textbooks there every year, including used and new books, and it has saved me quite a lot. Here you can look for any textbook you want and check used books offer on Amazon:

You better check and get the good offers quick before the others. Hope it helps :) Maxim
