Where do I buy cheap textbooks online?
Burkeshire asked:
I have so many books to buy. Unfortunately they cost quite a bit. I’m specifically looking to buy Basic Italian, 7th edition by Speroni. I don’t need the tapes since I took them out of the library already, but I don’t want to pay $160 for the book alone. I’m looking for the cheapest price and the best quality textbook online. Are there any sites that you recommend?

I just bought some books from bookbyte.com and they were alot cheaper than amazon so I would try that, but I havent recieved them yet so Im not sure about the quality yet. But its worth a try. My chemesty book costed $80 on amazon and the same book was $24.91 on bookbyte.com. And the accept PayPal so it should be trust worthy.

Amazon.com is a great place to look for used books. Make sure you click on the “used” link, and not just the buy it new option.
It’s cheap because these are usually just people (students) selling from their homes with the use of amazon to list. Kind of like ebay, but a lot better, imo.

Try searching for your textbooks using! Best textbook search engine out there for sure! The reason I think they’re the best is that they compare many items at once, and calculate the best combination of stores to buy at, including coupons and shipping. They also let you include or exclude international editions, and even renting is an option through them. They even let you choose the ship time and then calculate the lowest price using the right shipping type at every store. Its an amazing search engine for textbooks, and I know once you use it for all of your textbooks your gonna keep going back!
